Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or use the website under the supervision of a parent or guardian, to place an order. By placing an order you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

Products & images

We make every effort to display our products accurately. Actual colours may vary slightly due to screen settings and lighting, and handmade embellishments such as mirror work, gota patti or embroidery may vary slightly from piece to piece. These variations are not considered defects. Size charts are a guide; please check measurements before ordering.

Pricing

All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹).

• Retail prices shown are the Maximum Retail Price (MRP) and include applicable taxes.
• Wholesale prices are per piece, sold in four-piece size sets, and exclude GST, which is added to your invoice.
• Volume discounts on wholesale orders (5–9 sets and 10+ sets) are applied as shown on the product page and confirmed in your invoice.
• Shipping charges, where applicable, are confirmed before payment.
• We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. If a price was listed incorrectly, we will contact you before processing the order.

Orders & acceptance

Placing an order on the website is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted only when we confirm it with you by WhatsApp, phone or email after checking stock. We may decline or cancel an order if a product is out of stock, if there is a pricing or listing error, or if we suspect fraudulent activity. If you have already paid for a cancelled order, you will receive a full refund.

Payment

We currently accept Cash on Delivery (retail orders only), UPI and bank transfer (NEFT / IMPS). For UPI and bank transfer, payment details are shared after your order is confirmed, and the order is dispatched once payment is received. We may limit Cash on Delivery based on order value or delivery location.

Wholesale orders

Wholesale orders are supplied in four-piece size sets, with one piece in each size of the listed range. Mixed sizes outside a set are not available at wholesale prices. Minimum order quantity, advance payment and freight terms are confirmed with your quote or order confirmation. A valid GSTIN is needed to claim input tax credit on your GST invoice.

Shipping, returns & refunds

Delivery timelines, returns, exchanges and refunds are covered by our Shipping Policy, Return Policy and Refund Policy, which form part of these terms.

Use of the website

You agree not to misuse the website, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access, interfering with its operation, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

Intellectual property

All content on this website, including the Angel Kids Wear name and logo, product designs, photographs and text, belongs to Angel Kids Wear and may not be copied, reproduced or used without our written permission. Approved retail partners may use catalogue images only as agreed in writing.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Angel Kids Wear is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or our products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at the city of our registered business address.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
