We ship retail and wholesale orders across India. Here's what to expect once your order is confirmed.
Dispatch time
Most confirmed orders are packed and dispatched within 2–5 business days. Prepaid orders are dispatched after payment is received. During festive seasons and sales, dispatch may take a little longer; we'll let you know if there is a delay.
Delivery across India
We deliver to most PIN codes across India through trusted courier partners. Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. Remote areas may take longer.
Shipping charges
Shipping charges depend on the order weight and delivery location. They are confirmed with you before payment, and shown on your invoice. Wholesale freight terms are confirmed with your quote.
Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, we'll share the courier name and tracking number on WhatsApp or email.
Receiving your order
Please check that the parcel is sealed and undamaged when you receive it. If the packaging looks tampered with, please refuse delivery or note it with the courier, and contact us right away. For damaged or wrong items, see our Return Policy.
